Lope — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Lope (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Andromeda Kinship LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.

3. Commercial use is permitted

Lope is built for people who walk dogs for a living. You may use the App in the course of your business — including recording walks for paying clients, sending clients the reports the App generates, and exporting your own records for invoicing or bookkeeping. No separate commercial licence is required, and there is no per-client or per-dog limit.

You remain responsible for your own agreements with your clients, for any consent you need before recording or sharing information about their animals or property, and for how you store and share the reports and exports you create.

4. Subscriptions

Lope offers auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time purchase. Specifics:

Tiers: Monthly (US$12.99/month), Annual (US$79.99/year), and an optional one-time Forever Access (US$179.99). Prices shown are for the United States storefront; prices in other territories are set by Apple and may differ. The price that applies to you is always displayed in the App before you purchase
Free trial: Both subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins and your Apple ID is charged. Forever Access is a one-time purchase and has no trial.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal occurs within 24 hours of the end of the period at the same price unless we've notified you of a change in advance.
Managing & canceling: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your iOS device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, at any time.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple per Apple's refund policy. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the App's source code, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Use the App in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Use the App to harass, defraud, or harm others.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Andromeda Kinship LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify you via the App or in the release notes. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
