1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RV Sales Tracker Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RV Sales Tracker Pro is a mobile application designed to help RV sales professionals manage their sales pipeline, track deals, monitor commissions, and organize follow-ups. The App is available in four subscription tiers: Explorer (free), Voyager, Captain, and Commander.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free Tier (Explorer): Includes basic features with advertisements and a limit of 5 deals per month.
• Paid Tiers (Voyager, Captain, Commander): Offer additional features including unlimited deals, commission tracking, AI-powered sales coaching, custom notifications, and ad-free experience depending on the tier.
• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

4. NAVIGATOR AI

The Commander tier includes NAVIGATOR AI, an AI-powered sales assistant. By using this feature, you acknowledge:

• AI responses are generated by third-party AI models (OpenAI) and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.
• AI suggestions regarding sales strategies, objection handling, pricing, and market trends are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional business, financial, or legal advice.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
• Andromeda Kinship is not liable for any outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated advice.
• Your pipeline data is transmitted to OpenAI for response generation, subject to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Data & Responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter into the App, including customer information and deal details.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when storing customer contact information (phone numbers, emails) in the App.
• All deal data is stored locally on your device. Andromeda Kinship is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other causes.
• We recommend regularly backing up your device to protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or feature gates
• Share, redistribute, or resell your subscription access

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, content, and branding (including the NAVIGATOR AI name and persona), is the intellectual property of Andromeda Kinship. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal professional purposes in accordance with these terms.

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.
• Commission calculations, goal tracking, and pipeline analytics are tools to assist your workflow and should be verified independently.
• Tow vehicle compatibility information is provided as a general reference only. Always verify tow ratings with the vehicle manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andromeda Kinship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost sales, lost profits, or data loss.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with the revised date. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Andromeda Kinship operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
