Overview

RV Sales Tracker Pro ("the App") is a sales pipeline management tool for RV sales professionals, developed by Andromeda Kinship. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores all of your deal and sales data locally on your device using on-device storage. This includes:

• Customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses
• Deal details (vehicle info, pricing, pipeline stage, delivery dates)
• Commission and gross profit figures
• Follow-up notes and contact history
• App settings and preferences

This data is never uploaded to our servers. It stays on your device and is not accessible to Andromeda Kinship or any third party unless you use the NAVIGATOR AI feature described below.

NAVIGATOR AI (Commander Tier)

If you subscribe to the Commander tier, you gain access to NAVIGATOR AI, a conversational sales assistant. When you use this feature:

• A summary of your pipeline data (deal stages, customer names, follow-up status) is sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses.
• This data is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
• OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this data. As of this writing, OpenAI does not use API data to train their models. See OpenAI's API Data Usage Policy for details.
• AI-generated notification content (Commander tier) also uses this same process.

If you do not subscribe to Commander, no data is ever sent to OpenAI.

Advertising

The free Explorer tier displays banner advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Device identifiers for ad personalization
• General location data
• App usage data for ad targeting

You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's privacy settings. Paid subscription tiers do not display ads.

App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, the App requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before collecting any tracking data for advertising purposes. You may decline this request, and the App will continue to function normally with non-personalized ads.

Subscription & Purchase Data

In-app subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat, our subscription management partner. RevenueCat receives:

• An anonymous user identifier
• Purchase and subscription status information

RevenueCat does not receive your deal data, customer information, or any content from within the App. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

Push Notifications

The App may send local push notifications for delivery reminders, follow-up reminders, and AI-generated alerts (Commander tier). These notifications are scheduled locally on your device. Notification permission is requested at launch and can be changed at any time in your device settings.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require account creation or sign-in
• We do not collect your name, email, or personal details (except what you enter into deal records, which stays on your device)
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not use analytics or crash reporting services

Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control. Deleting the App removes all stored data. There is nothing to request deletion of from our servers because we do not have your data.

Children's Privacy

The App is designed for professional use by adult RV sales personnel. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with the revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
