Andromeda Kinship LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Powersports Sales Tracker Pro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
Local Data: All deal information you enter (customer names, unit details, pricing, trade-in data, F&I products, delivery schedules, and commission settings) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not transmit this data to any server.
Purchase Data: When you subscribe to Powersports Sales Tracker Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives your anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt to verify your subscription. We do not receive or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.).
Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications for delivery reminders, a device token is generated by Apple Push Notification Service. This token is used solely to deliver local notifications on your device.

All deal and customer data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your data. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data. You can delete all data at any time through the App's Settings screen or by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date.
