Marine Sales Tracker Pro — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Marine Sales Tracker Pro (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Andromeda Kinship LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.

3. Subscriptions

Marine Sales Tracker Pro offers auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time purchase option. Specifics:

Tiers: Monthly subscription, Annual subscription, and Forever Access (one-time purchase — approximately 3× the annual price)
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal occurs within 24 hours of the end of the period at the same price unless we've notified you of a change in advance.
Managing & canceling: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your iOS device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, at any time.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple per Apple's refund policy. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
Forever Access: The Forever Access tier is a one-time purchase that unlocks all Pro features without a recurring subscription. It does not constitute a "lifetime" guarantee and is subject to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the App's source code, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Use the App in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Use the App to harass, defraud, or harm others.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Andromeda Kinship LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify you via the App or in the release notes. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
