By downloading, installing, or using Liftrr (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Liftrr is a mobile application designed to help users plan workouts, track nutrition, monitor fitness progress, and receive AI-powered coaching. The App is provided by Andromeda Kinship ("we," "our," or "us").
The App offers the following subscription options:

Pricing & Billing: All subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
Free Tier Limits: Free users receive 3 AI-generated workouts and 1 AI-generated meal plan. These limits reset only when the user subscribes. Existing generated content remains accessible regardless of subscription changes.
Free Trials: Where offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends. Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial per subscription tier.
The App provides AI-generated workout plans, meal plans, and fitness recommendations for informational purposes only. These do not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your exercise routine or diet, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or dietary needs.

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Andromeda Kinship and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App. We are not responsible for any injury, health complications, or adverse outcomes arising from following workout plans, meal plans, or recommendations provided by the App. Nutritional estimates and calorie calculations are approximate and should be independently verified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andromeda Kinship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, health complications, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Andromeda Kinship operates.
