These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Furniture Sales Tracker Pro (the "App"), operated by Andromeda Kinship ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Furniture Sales Tracker Pro is a personal sales tracking tool designed for furniture sales professionals. The App allows you to track deals, commissions, deliveries, customer follow-ups, and monthly goals. All data is stored locally on your device.
The App offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans ("Pro") that unlock additional features:
Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App, including customer information, deal details, and sales records. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or transmit your data to external servers.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter. You agree not to use the App to store or process information in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding your user data), is owned by Andromeda Kinship and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional use.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any commission calculations, sales tracking, or financial figures generated by the App. You should independently verify all financial data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andromeda Kinship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or inaccurate commission calculations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, operating system updates, app deletion, or any other cause. We recommend regularly exporting your data using the CSV export feature.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or App Store update notes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
