Andromeda Kinship ("we," "our," or "us") operates CarSales Tracker Pro (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Data You Provide

• Customer Information: Names, phone numbers, and email addresses of your sales customers that you enter into the App.
• Vehicle & Deal Data: Stock numbers, vehicle details, deal types, delivery appointments, gross profit, and notes you create.
• Account Information: Your name (entered during AI setup for Elite subscribers).
• Subscription Information: Your subscription tier and purchase history, managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Data Stored Locally

All customer data, deal records, goals, and app settings are stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not upload, sync, or store your sales data on any external servers. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed.

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob (Free Tier Only)
If you use the free Pro tier, the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy.

RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase transactions and subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

OpenAI (Elite Tier Only)
Elite subscribers who use the ATLAS AI assistant send conversation data to OpenAI's API for processing. This includes your deal data provided as context for AI responses. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy. Your OpenAI API key is stored locally on your device.

Apple App Tracking Transparency
We request your permission before any tracking occurs, in compliance with Apple's ATT framework. You may decline tracking at any time.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App's functionality
• To process subscription purchases
• To display relevant advertisements (free tier only)
• To provide AI-powered sales coaching (Elite tier only)

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as necessary to operate the App.

Data Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security features. We do not have access to your locally stored data.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

• Delete all your data by deleting the App
