This privacy policy applies to the CarSales Tracker Pro mobile application (the "App") developed and operated by Andromeda Kinship (the "Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). This App is provided as an ad-supported service and is intended for use "AS IS."

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

When you use the App, you may provide the following information:

• Customer Data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes about customers and vehicle sales
• Vehicle Information: Stock numbers, vehicle details, delivery dates, and sale statuses
• Photos: Custom background images you choose from your photo library (Premium feature)
• Notification Preferences: Your selected reminder timings for delivery appointments

Data Storage: All information you enter into the App is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not transmit, store, or access your customer or sales data on our servers.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

The App may automatically collect the following information:

• Device Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Device operating system and version
• App usage statistics (pages visited, time spent in the App)
• Crash reports and performance data

The App does not collect precise location data.

1.3 Subscription and Payment Information

If you subscribe to Premium features ($2.99/month), payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through in-app purchases. We receive only anonymized transaction data from our subscription provider (RevenueCat) to verify your subscription status. We do not store your credit card or payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• App Functionality: To provide core features like sales tracking, notifications, and goal management
• Subscription Management: To verify Premium subscription status and enable paid features
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide assistance
• App Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve the App's performance
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

3.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)

The App displays advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalized ads, including:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address
• Usage data and interactions with ads
• Information about other apps on your device

App Tracking Transparency: Before collecting tracking data, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can choose to allow or deny tracking.

Opting Out: Premium subscribers ($2.99/month) do not see advertisements and are not subject to AdMob data collection.

3.2 RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat receives anonymized purchase data from Apple to verify your subscription status. No personally identifiable payment information is shared.

3.3 Apple (In-App Purchases & Notifications)

Payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle your data.

The App uses Apple's notification system to send delivery reminders. Notification content is generated locally on your device.

3.4 Data Disclosure

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: To comply with laws, court orders, or legal processes
• Safety and Fraud Prevention: To protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Your Rights and Choices

4.1 Access and Deletion

Since all your data is stored locally on your device:

• Access: You can view all your data within the App at any time
• Deletion: Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all local data
• Data Export: Currently, the App does not offer data export functionality

4.2 Tracking and Advertising

• ATT Permission: You can change your tracking preference in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Personalized Ads: You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
• Ad-Free Experience: Subscribe to Premium ($2.99/month) to remove all ads

4.3 Notifications

You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → CarSales Tracker Pro, or within the App's Settings screen.

4.4 Photo Library Access

Custom backgrounds (Premium feature) require photo library access. You can revoke this permission in iOS Settings → CarSales Tracker Pro → Photos.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

• All data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage (AsyncStorage)
• We do not transmit customer or sales data to external servers
• Subscription verification uses secure, industry-standard encryption

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe your child has provided information, contact us at support@andromedakinship.com.

7. International Users and GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your data
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data
• Right to Restrict Processing: Limit how we use your data
• Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
• Right to Object: Object to data processing

8. Data Retention

We retain data as follows:

• Local Data: Stored on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App
• Subscription Data: Retained by RevenueCat for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months for billing purposes
• Support Inquiries: Retained for 2 years after resolution

9. User Responsibility

This App is a personal productivity tool. You are solely responsible for:

• The data you choose to enter into the App
• Ensuring your use of the App complies with your employer's policies regarding customer data
• Obtaining any necessary consent from individuals whose information you store
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data storage in your jurisdiction
• Maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access to the App

The Service Provider is not responsible for how you use the App or the data you enter. You assume all responsibility for the App's use in your personal or professional capacity. This App functions similarly to a personal notebook or spreadsheet and should be treated accordingly.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated policy on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Displaying an in-app notification (for significant changes)

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
